As you can probably tell, I've been teaching myself to draw. Slowly... So far its been 18 days, so I'm learning quickly. I seemed to already know the basic structures and whatnot, but I'm still fairly unable to draw without a photo reference, which I'm not satisfied with.
Started a sitting portrait of Aquaman the other day, then I put it aside when I realised I didn't really have much interest in the character... I should finish that soon, just not urgent.

Truly great work and I can tell by myself that it needed surly a ton of time to do it ...
Hey you´ve done a perfect composition on that one mate ... dramatic as a scene in aphrodites garden that fell into the future .. well organized theme and light, depth, clearity ... realy the hammer ... I would be proud of myself If I had done such a cool piece ... and you inspired me to do so thanks ... and enjoy your work and further accomplishments ..

Die einzig revolutionäre Kraft ist die Kraft der menschlichen Kreativität. Die einzig revolutionäre Kraft ist die Kunst.
Joseph Beuys
It ended up taking me a few weeks to do it, but a lot of that was looking for just the right image to fill out the piece. I had a rough sketch I was working with, but sometimes I would find something that worked so much better, and that led it to transform and improve through the randomness of what I might find. I kept re-sketching to match what I found, so I still had a plan to work to. I really like the final result
